Slow ethernet download speeds

I recently did a fresh vanilla install of Mojave. Before I was running Sierra and my downloads topped out at 900 mbps down (fits 1GB). Now my system seems to not want to break 150 Mbps and I'm not really sure why. I have tested other wired systems and I'm reaching 800+... I've reset my router and ONT as well

Gigabyte rx580 8GB
