sir my unibeast usb is not being detected!

reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media

that is the error i am getting sir

i made this usb using my friends hackintosh based on high sierra imac

here are the specs and other facts :

intel dh67cl motherboard

msi gtx 660

ram 8gb

1tb hdd

i am trying to install el capitan sir, i previous had high sierra installed on the same system , so i know that my humble pc is capable of running mac os x

i am using a usb 3.0 pendrive, could that be causing a problem sir, foolish of me for buying a 3.0 usb , i curse myself for that mistake

UEFI is turned on , AHCI is enabled, secure boot is off.
