Anyone got any advice on how to get past a restart loop after the line 'FakeSMCKeyStore: Started' in verbose?
I was messing about with some driver files in Clover's drivers64UEFI folder. Once it went wrong I booted back into high seirra 10.13.6 using a USB drive of clover at the bios boot drive select. Then I used a backed up EFI folder to replace the now broken one.
However after putting the system back to exactly the same EFI as before, I still can't get past FakeSMCKeyStore as it just restarts. I've got the latest FakeSMC kext, tried VirtualSMC, reset NVram and rebuilt caches (on a vanilla install anyway).
Can't understand why I can't boot from the EFI on my system but can using the USB clover install. Please help!
