Need some help creating my first Hackingtosh (NUC8i7BEH)

So I'm following this guide creating my first Hackintosh.

I've created the install media using this guide using the first method. I'm trying to boot into the macOS installer but i keep getting this error. Running macOS 10.14.5. (Using this config.plist)

My specs:

- Intel NUC8i7BEH

- RAM: 2x Kingston KCP424SS8

- Storage: Intel SSD 660p 1TB
