Hello, my MBP is almost 10 years old. Battery life is very short and it runs hot even after thermal re-paste. I guess it may die anytime. Is it a good idea to add a Hackintosh part to my already dual-boot machine and move all the stuffs from my MBP to it? On real new mbp,users are asked during setup if they want to migrate from old system to new. On the Hackintosh, how does it work? Shall I make a Hackintosh first and check that it is running fine before migrating files from old MBP to it?
