I need to create a windows installation from MacOs using a bootable partition, no bootable USB

I accidently destroyed my windows partition playing around in MacOs.

I looked at ways to create a bootable windows installation USB from within MacOs, everything failed.

Then I tried using the "dd" command. Knowing it worked well for linux in the past.

I then tried to install a windows VM and use rufus to create the install usb. But it seems my USB is broken, i can't reformat it, and parallels can't see it.

I got the idea of create a permanent installation partition on one of my ssd, but I don't know what the steps are to do it safely.

Anyone have any ideas?
