HP ProDesk 600 G1 - can't boot into installer

So I've been trying to Hackintosh (10.14.5) this old office tower for the last 4 days following the Internet Install Guide (and Vanilla Guide for config.plist setup), but so far my efforts didn't get me any further in the boot process...

Specs:

  • i5 4590
  • Custom HP Q85 MOBO (L01 2.75 BIOS)
  • 8 GB of RAM
  • HD Graphics 4600

It gets stuck here, and so far nothing I've tried helped.
I Googled most of the errors I get but haven't found anything particularly helpful.

Current EFI folder

What I've tried:

  1. Safe Mode. Only made things worse, got "couldn't read kernel cache" error, didn't even make it to EndRandomSeed.
  2. Using VirtualSMC and FakeSMC (to clarify, not at once).
  3. Trying other people's config.plists, in particular one from Vanilla Guide and some from people running similar HP machines.
  4. Using both VGA and DP video outputs.
  5. Updating BIOS from 2.65 to 2.75.

I also added some stuff to config.plist from what I could find, but as I wasn't able to identify the root cause, they were pretty random and didn't help at all.

Any ideas?
