How can I install OS X El Capitan on Late 2006 MacBook (2,1)?

Sorry if this isn't the right sub to post to, but I thought you guys would know best.

I got this MB in my hands and thought about pushing it to its software limits. Now I know it isn't officialy supported, I found two tools (MacPostFactor and macOS Extractor) but haven't found clear tutorial which is best and how to do it.

This MB has 2Ghz Core 2 Duo, 2GB ram and GMA 950

Can it even run El Capitan decently? Like are there any major issues with it? Or is Yosemite or even Mavericks better for this laptop?
