Hackintosh's Sleep is scaring my sleep....

Since having completed my build, I've had no issues with sleep. It wakes fine, after a few minutes, or even overnight. But last night was kinda different. I set the computer to sleep as I always do, turned my lights off, and lied down in bed. My room suddenly flashed white, and I realized the monitor suddenly came on. I don't really know why, but the monitor was showing the clover boot screen (where you choose different drives or what not).

This hasn't happened before, and I haven't really changed anything, so I'm wondering if anyone might know anything about this?
