Fresh install, disks don’t want to mount.

Title sums it up. More detailed, I have a 2018mbp all my drives connect and mount perfectly fine. Plug them into the hackintosh, absolutely fussy to mount. Sometimes they’ll mount sometimes they won’t. Sometimes cables work sometimes they don’t. Sometimes one usb works sometimes it won’t. Can’t figure out what’s going on. Never had this problem on Sierra with any ports or nothing. All the cables work fine on the MacBook.
