Hey guys, long time listener firs time caller.
Planning on building my first hackintosh. i have Mbp 2014 with nvidia 750m. Getting a bit tired of low gaming performance and how i big and heavy this thing is.
My aim is to have dual boot, MacOS as main OS everyday tasks + Photoshop/illustrator. Windows partition for very casual gaming, once or twice a week, quake champions/CSGO/Pubg.
Just not 100% sure on the motherboard. looked around it seems to have good compatibility with macos.
The scary bit is the lack IGPU. Not sure if this could become a problem while installing Macos? I know Amd cards have good compatibly with macOS but still, during the installation i could be left with a black screen?
The main reason i want this cpu has good performance for the price, 150£ on overclockers
