Hi guys, I’ve been experimenting around with osx runing on vmware player on my windows machine. A few weeks ago I found back my almost ten years old pc : i5 760 8 go DDR3 GTX 550Ti and Zotac H55 itx CE as motherboard
So I tryed to make a bootable Mojave usb installer using unibeast on my VM, Clover was showing up but everything was crashing afterward...
Then I tried an Hackintosh Zone guide for High Sierra using Transmac on Windows to make my bootable usb key. This time I was able to boot all the way through to the osx language selection menu but no USB at all was working so I wasn’t able to use the keyboard nor the mouse to complete the set up.
From what I understood I need to have appropriate kext files somewhere in my boot drive and correctly configure the bios.
The problem is, I don’t know how to find the right kext files and which one I absolutely need, also I don’t what is really important to change in the bios ?
Do you think Mojave (or High Sierra) could run on that pc ?
Is there anything I should absolutely know about doing an hackintosch installation right ?
Sorry if my questions seem silly, I’m a bit lost with those different guides I read.
