Ethernet not working - macOS High Sierra

Running a Asus B250M Mobo, which has the Realtek RTL8111H LAN.

Tried the following, all to no avail:

1. Download kext from (https://www.hackintoshzone.com/files/file/480-realtek-rtl8111-8168-kext/?do=download). Copy to USB, mount Hackintosh EFI, then copy kext to Clover>Kexts>Other. Reboot.
2. Use Kext wizard to install Kext.
3. Kext beast installed to library/extensions
