My questions:
- Do I for sure need to use /u/CorpNewt 's USB script to map this board? What, if anything would I be missing out on if I just used the standard Kexts including USBInjectAll? Does anyone out there have a premade file/kext from this script or otherwise for this board that I should use?
- Can overclocking and related settings changes mess with MacOS at all? I was planning on following Gigabyte's official guide for that purpose shooting for a mild overclock of 4.0 or 4.2ghz or so and the fastest RAM XMP profile Note sure about GPU OC yet. The guide includes some pretty detailed settings changes, some of which seem to overlap with standard hackintoshing like disable VT-d, but I am not sure if there's anything else I should watch out for.
- Stupid question: Where is the single most reliable repository to get the newest version of Kexts? I was planning on using the vanilla guide in the sidebar here but wanted to make sure I have the newest of everything.
Thanks in advance
