Clover bootloader not loading anymore, can't boot into MacOS

I'll try to make this as brief as possible while including all the relevant details.

I have been running a Sierra hackintosh for a few years with minimal problems. I also have Windows 10 installed on a separate SSD. Yesterday I decided it was time to update so I tried updating to Mojave (used CCC to clone my Sierra drive first, thank god).

The update worked but then I realized that my Nvidia card wouldn't work because there are STILL no Mojave drivers.

At this point, I'm still getting the clover boot screen allowing me to choose a boot disk.

So, I booted into Sierra on the cloned HD (my main MacOS drive is an SSD). Then I used CCC to clone the Sierra drive back to my main SSD. When I rebooted after that, the Clover screen never popped up and it started booting into Windows automatically.

Now, I can't get Clover to load and even if I try to manually choose EITHER mac drive using the BIOS boot selection, it just keeps booting into Windows.

While in Windows I can see my other drives including the SSD and HD that both have Sierra on them but I can't get booted into either of them.

How can I fix this?
