Can the success flair be removed from laptop posts if it does not include the parts it comes with working with it?

More precisely people picking up USB adapters for WiFi and calling it a success. That is not a success, that is you not using what's built in. And nobody notes it as well until someone asks for it. It sucks for anyone to get hyped up searching for his model laptop, seeing Success on the flair, and then opening to see someone just couldn't work it out and eventually bought another piece of hardware just to get it working. That is not success. Add another flair maybe, part not working/more in comments.
