I built a Hackintosh and I have two graphics cards that I can use at the moment. I have an Nvidia GTX1050 TI that only works on High Sierra due to web drivers, and an AMD HD 7850 that from what I know, worked out of the box on Mojave. In the future, I will upgrade to a new AMD card, but for now, is the loss of graphical power worth it for the newer OS in your view?
