I have successfully installed macOS onto my Yoga 720 and got most of it working. The notebook doesn't have a HDMI connector so I am using a USB-C adapter. This adapter works fine with all connections (USB, Ethernet), but when I plug in an HDMI cable, the OS freezes. Do I have to apply the follow the Intel IGPU HDMI/DP audio guide? I'm not sure since it's HDMI via an USB-C adapter. I got working sound with AppleALC.kext.
I followed the Laptop backlight control using AppleBacklightFixup.kext guide and got working backlight and even the buttons on the keyboard are working. Unfortunately, on dark content the screen is flickering noticeably. I think I have to set a custom PWMMax value, but where do I find the correct value to insert?
