Mouse hovering doesn't work

Today I set up my very first successful Hackintosh. Everything is working so far, except my mouse.

If my mouse is on the dock it doesn't magnify and also every other interaction trough hovering doesn't work.

I'm on macOS Mojave 10.14.3 on a i7 4790 and gtx 780 6gb and my mouse is a MadCatz Rat TE.
