I've been doing lots of homework in this subreddit, as well as on Tonymacx86 and Googling in general, regarding the USB port limit removal tools and creating a custom SSDT in order to have USB 3.0 ports behave correctly in Mojave 10.14.4, but one thing that keeps coming up is confounding me. https://i.redd.it/k76k6lyfzjp21.jpg Using IORegistryExplorer, one should supposedly be able to at least see the virtual USB 3.0/3.1 ports that correspond to the physical ports on a motherboard, labeled as SSxx, as opposed to HSxx for USB 2.0 virtual ports. But as you can see from my attached image, IORegistryExplorer isn't even doing that. Where I have gone wrong? I have tested all my ports with a 2.0 flash drive, as well as a 3.0 external hard drive. Only the flash drive (and other non-storage peripherals, like the mouse and wireless keyboard already displayed in IORE) work. What else do you need to know from me, miracle workers?
