gpu: EVGA 660 Ti (NOT USING, but I do want the gpu available when I boot into windows.)

I created this config.plist following some instructions someone gave me on Discord, but honestly have no idea what I'm doing with this file. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm just confused with everything at this point. I tried Tonymacx86 and was able to boot into clover, but got a kernel cache error. Since I wanted a real vanilla build that I understood, I wiped my USB and followed the vanilla guide in the sidebar. Clover won't boot, and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong.
