High Sierra Installed Successfully - HD Not Showing up in Clover after Install

Hi Guys,

So I successfully got High Sierra 10.13.5 running on my x220. The OS is loaded on my SSD, and worked perfectly after I went through setup. Once I got to the desktop I went into preferences to change my mouse speed and it froze up. So I restarted it, but upon restarting Clover doesn't give me the option to boot my HD. I only have the USB Install option, 2 other options that don't do anything, and the recovery option. Both the USB boot option and Recovery Option take me right back to the install screen/disk utility setup. How do I boot to my SSD with it fully installed? Am I missing something here? Do I have to reinstall it again just to get back to the desktop to finish the Clover steps? "Post Install" on this guide? http://x220.mcdonnelltech.com/
