[BUILD] My first hackintosh build (Z370M, RX580, i7 8700), any suggestions?

Hey guys, I just spent the last few months researching about an Hackintosh build and I think I'm now ready to buy all the parts. Before ordering everything I would like to know any suggestion/recommendation given my parts list which is as follows:

• Mobo: Gigabyte Z370M D3H, ~119 EUR
  • WiFi/Bluetooth: Broadcom BCM94352Z DW1560 6XRYC M.2 card, ~40 EUR
• Graphics: 8GB Sapphire Radeon RX 580, ~199 EUR
• CPU: Intel Core i7 8700, ~310 EUR
  • Cooler: Noctua NH-D15S, ~80 EUR
• PSU: Corsair RM650X, ~98 EUR
• SSD: 500GB Samsung 860 Evo, ~82 EUR
• RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-2666 DIMM CL16 Dual Kit (16GBx2), ~182 EUR
• Case: Jonsbo UMX3, ~ 120 EUR

Total is about 1200 EUR

It's not supposed to be a budget build nor a supercomputer, just something that I can use for light photo editing and gaming. My idea would be to buy a second SSD in the future to have a multiboot OSX/Windows. To install I was thinking of following the Vanilla install method published somewhere on this subreddit; if you have more specific guides please do let me know.
