BruceX test on old machine

Hi everybody. I've just changed GPU on my ancient hackintosh and I have strange results on BruceX test.

This is my config:

GA-EP45-UD3LR

Q9550

4x2GB DDR2 800

SSD Intel 80GB

ASUS DirectCu II HD 7970 3GB

My BruceX score is 25 seconds in average.

I'm exporting to ProRes 5k.

...and then I read about other, much stronger configs that are around 30 seconds... I'm confused...

Am I supposed to master in h264?

Can someone please confirm that my results are BAD, GOOD, AVERAGE or EXCELLENT?

When commenting on my result, please bear in mind my config and it's age.
