VMWare Hackintosh Sierra flickering

Hi,

i've seen a lot of post but none of them solve my issue.

I've an hackintosh installed on VMWare Workstation with 4 CPU and 8GB of Ram.

When i open some application (SOME) as WhatsApp, Chrome, or other dynamic app it continuously flickering and lags.

This issue not happen on Safari or Telegram App.

Here some information.

Graphic memory: 128MB

Processor: 2 x 277Ghz unknown

RAM: 8GB DRAM

Host disk type: SSD

Does anyone solved a similar issue?
