VM Ware

I don't know if I'm in the right place, redirect me if I don't.

Here it is, I want to virtualise MacOs High Sierra on Vm Ware Workstation Pro 15. I think I got all the files I need. I got a file named InstallESD.iso, and BaseSystem.dmg which I know I cant convert to a .iso file. When I try to load the virtual disk into de machine, I get a message: ''Operating System not found''. I did all the settings right (i think) I've patched VM Ware to support Mac OS, set my drives to IDE, but I cannot boot from the ISO. I have looked everywhere to find a tutorial but all of them teaches you how to set up your machine with an already created vmdk file. Does anybody ever did this kind of machine? Can you help me?
