I am currently trying to do a fresh install of High Sierra on my Hackintosh, and after making my USB install disk, I started the install, unfortunately I set the target as a my new SSD but forgot to change the boot order, so the first time the install restarted it just went into it's normal boot order and now, regardless of what I do, I am unable to get my computer to recognise the installer. I have tried reinstalling the installer, renew the serial number, tried another USB stick, redo everything in Clover Configurator in the hope it would fix something and I am now at the end of my tether. Hopefully someone here has a solution!
