Specs:
CPU: Intel i5 8250u
GPU: Intel UHD 620
Memory: 8GB DDR4
SSD: Samsung MZVLW256HEHP-000L2
WiFi: BCM94352Z
What seems to happen is that once the CPU hits 70c it will disable turbo boost until the CPU has finished being loaded.
Windows seems to just reduce the turbo frequency and results in a Cinebench score of 150 points higher.
Power management and sleep are already perfectly working and aside from this so is almost everything else.
I just wonder if it's the kernel controlling this or something else and if it can be modified to act similarly to Windows.
