Thunderbolt 3 NAS connection not being read by Hackintosh

Hey guys,

As the title states our QNAP NAS isn't being read by our Hackintosh in Thunderbolt 3. We've installed drivers back in Windows and reads it fine, but back in Mac (which is our native workspace that we use in for work, it doesn't!) it doesn't work. Normal Lacie drives work fine when connected through T3 but the NAS is our most storage space which we use everyday. Anyone got any tips please? It seems there isn't really anyone we can call to help us with Hackintosh problems otherwise we would!
