Hey, so before I send off my old Rx 580. I was wanting to know what benchmark would you guys like me to run on my cards? I’m flashing my Vega 56 currently as it’s been quite well documented that flashing Vega 56 to 64 will perform identically due to how little Vega cores actually matter in real world performance. The biggest issue with doing these tests is I don’t actually do any graphic intensive work so was hoping to get some tests to run from you guys.
The specific cards in question(I swear I have no affiliation with MSI, this legitimately was a coincidence):
- MSI Armor Rx 580 8GB
- MSI AirBoost Vega 56
- MSI AirBoost Vega 64 (Vega 64 Bios flash)
- MSI GT 710 (cause why not)
*Vega cards will be running stock with fan speed on max since each user can set their own clocks/fan speed with VGTab
Hardware used:
- i7 6700k at 4.4GHz
- MSI z170a PC MATE(I SWEAR I’M NOT SPONSORED)
- 16GB (2x4GB) 3000MHz DDR4
- Samsung 970 EVO NVME SSD
