Recommendations for low profile graphics card?

I recently got a refurbished old slim form factor dell optiplex 3020 (i5 4590, 8gb ram, 1TB HDD).

I was mainly going to use it as a media/back up server but I thought I would try making a hackintosh out of it as well.

I'm currently looking for a graphics card but unfortunately the fact Mojave only natively supports AMD and the Dell has a slim form factor case seems to be really limiting my options.

I can only find a low profile Rx 560 by MSI for around £140 that would fit which is incredibly over priced considering I could get an RX 570.

Does anyone have any other recommendations?
