New Hackintosh with old parts

Hello, I'm looking to build a hackintosh for my mother, I'm building a new pc myself so I thought I could build it with m old parts I have a RX 580 8gb card from Asus, an AMD Ryzen 5 1600x and a Asus B350-F Motherboard, I plan on buying a new motherboard for the PC I also have a few questions

1. Will this configuration work
2. Will the OS function as if it's a Mac, if not what functionality will I lose
3. I am willing to replace parts to ensure I don't lose any functionality, what components should I get if i am?
