Need help for install macOS Sierra (10.12) on Intel Xeon e5450

Guys I am new to this community so if I left out any details, do comment I'll update ASAP.

I have the following Rig:

Intel Xeon E5450 (Supports SSE 4.1 hence does support Sierra Read somewhere else)

4GB DDR3 RAM

Gigabyte GA-G41M s2p motherboard

GMA x4500 (iGPU) My discrete GPU shorted :/

I have seen many people post that they have a running version of macOS Sierra on similar specifications. I have the following questions.

1. How?
2. Is it okay to run on iGPU? If not specify some cheap compatible GPUs (I'm Broke)
3. Will Sierra run on this system at all? If not which other version do you suggest?

I have access to macOS through VMware and have the installer for Sierra, couldn't find any other older versions for installing.
