My hackintosh instantly wakes up after sleeping

Hello everyone. Everything works perfectly with my 10.13.6 hackintosh but one thing: the sleep/wake. When the computer is put to sleep it instantly wakes up, but it doesnt light the screen, only the fans start to work again etc, until it goes to sleep again and it wakes up again... and it's been like that since the beginning. I've run the command syslog | grep -i "Wake reason" and here is the result :

2019-02-01 22:27:48.139777+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-01 22:27:48.139778+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-01 22:28:50.022926+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-01 22:28:50.022926+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-03 10:43:25.807099+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-03 10:43:25.807100+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-03 10:44:27.628635+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC 2019-02-03 10:44:27.628636+0100 localhost kernel[0]: (AppleACPIPlatform) AppleACPIPlatformPower Wake reason: XHC

My high sierra hackintosh is running with an intel core i5 4690k cpu, a Nvidia GTX 960. Thank you.
