Migrating from dual booting on a single drive to dual booting on 2 drives?

Hi guys, how would I go about migrating from dual booting windows and macOS on the same drive to dual booting windows and macOS on separate drives? Is it possible to avoid reinstalling either one of those OSes fully? Can i just copy the APFS partition from my current drive into the new drive, move the clover folder over into the EFI partition on drive 2 and change the boot entries?
