High Sierra - Intel UHD 630 - Black screen from HDMI output

Setup: Asus TUF Z390-PLUS Gaming (WiFi) + Intel i5 9600K + Intel UHD 630 (High Sierra/10.13.6)

So, I had some issues getting my UHD 630 graphics acceleration working. After a few twists and turns, it seems as if I got it working, but with that came that the Hackintosh now boots in to a completely black screen. The way I achieved this was through Intel Framebuffer patching, adding the device ID of the previous gen Coffee Lake CPUs. I am able to access the computer via screen sharing, which is also how I've been able to confirm that the acceleration is actually working.

Before patching the device-id

After patching (notice that macOS now recognises a built-in display)

Other than the framebuffer patching and adding boot flag slide=0 (to fix issues with reboot/shutdown), I have a completely Vanilla config.plist and for whatever reason, my HDMI output works without the UHD properly initiated, but not with.

My kexts are: AppleALC, IntelMausiEthernet, Lilu, Whatevergreen, VirtualSMC and USBInjectAll. All in the C/K/O folder and as of now I'm still running the bootloader off my USB stick for easy troubleshooting. I'll also link to my verbose logs, just before booting, that I've been able to capture.

Verbose_1, Verbose_2, Verbose_3, Verbose_4

Anyone got any ideas on how to fix this?
