Can't access Clover after Windows 10 installation on separate SSD

Around a year ago I succesfully created my Hackintosh (installed on 1 of my 2 860 SSD disks).

Recently I bought a 970 M2 SDD. I installed it onto my motherboard and disconnected my other 2 drives, because I know the Windows installation can mess with other disks. So the 970 SSD was the only disk connected. After I installed Windows on the new 970 SSD I turned off my PC and plugged back the 2 860 SSD (1 with Hackintosh on it).

Now the problem is, I can't access Clover! I can't boot Mac OS.

Is this fixable?
