Can you virtualize your windows partition with parallels on a hackintosh like you can do on mac?

You know how on a macbook, you can install windows with BootCamp. And Parallels would be able to see your BootCamp partition and virtualize it while being in OSX.

Is this possible with a Hackintosh? I'm super curious, I'd be able to run both operating systems at once.

Ideas?
