I've successfully installed a High Sierra system on my first ever Hackintosh build! It boots from my NVMe M2 SSD, however i have a 1TB HD mounted as well (currently empty) that i'd like to run a Sierra system from (that i will have cloned from my old iMac). I'd like for them to run in tandem, writing files to and fro each other. And they should both be bootable if needed. Will this work? What problems may arise?
(And before you say "why not just update the Sierra system to High Sierra?"... i can't because Sierra is the last OSX that can run Logic Pro 9 (which is a music software that opens all my project files from the past 8 years). My High Sierra NVMe SSD is my path into the future. The idea for the Sierra HD is to have it there in case i ever need to access an old project file + it's there as a secondary drive for storage.)
My specs, if needed: i7 8700 cpu + iGPU, Gigabyte Z370N ITX mobo.
