Can I run High Sierra?

HP laptop with this configurations:

• GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT940mx (4Gb).
• CPU: Intel core i7 7500U
• Ram: 12 GB Dual channel
• Boot loader: BIOS

I installed windows 10 home and Ubuntu Linux. I'm absolutely a noob. I have some questions:

Is my system with these properties suitable to install hackintosh?

Can i multi boot hackintosh with windows and linux? and how? (Notice that i have bios not uefi)

Where can I download hackintosh and how to bootable it?
