Can i install macos on my laptop first and swap out the wifi for a DW1560 Broadcom wifi later?

Title basically. Can i setup my hackintosh laptop first with the new wifi in mind and get it in plug and play when i install the new wifi later?

Sorry if i sound stupid but that will decide when i will start hackintoshing my laptop.
