Hey Hackintoshers!
Currently trying to configure my first Hackintosh... on a laptop. Yes, I may be a bit crazy, but so far it's been working well. EXCEPT one little, massive issue. Before installing Mojave, I researched laptop-compatible wifi cards and bought one, the Broadcom 1820A, for a Dell XPS 13. Many say that this is a fine card for Hackintoshing, and many have had theirs working out of the box, I am not one of those people.
ISSUE:
When I boot my Hackintosh with the Broadcom card in, Clover starts up and launches into the Mac OS X installer. The Apple logo appears, and the loading bar starts to fill. The loading bar makes it a little past halfway, before a cursor quickly pops up in the top left corner of the screen, before disappearing. The loading bar then flips back to being just barely filled, and stays that way until I reboot the laptop.
I would like to mention that this doesn't happen when I have my Intel (AC 8650) card in the laptop. OS X installer boots fine, and lets me start to install OS X (although without any internets.) I also know that the Broadcom card isn't damaged in any way, because when I load to Windows, I can get the Broadcom card to do 200+ Mb/s transfers.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

I've been using a generic plist from Rehabman, which I'm almost 100% positive is the problem, I just don't know how to fix it. It should be linked somewhere here. I've just been using the downloaded plist, as there seem to be no problems besides the wifi. Any help is GREATLY appreciated.
This is my plist (apologies, I'm a long time lurker, but FTP)
