Asus USB N10 Nano doesn‘t work with Mojave and offizinal drivers

Hello together,

I just got a Asus USB N10 Nano to replace my old Androide Phone that I User Till now for wifi. I installiere the offizinal drivers, and there‘s also an Option in the Network settings, but it only saß Device disconnected.

Has anyone any idea how I could get this to work?
