Screen goes blank after turning off and on the monitor. Sapphire Nitro+ RX Vega 64

Hi everyone,

I just found out a minor issue with my Hackintosh build. When I turn off and on my monitor the screen does not come back (black screen). I'm on the latest Mojave with Sapphire nitro+ RX Vega 64. Complete details of my build can be found here.

My sleep functions perfectly on both Darkwake=1 and Darkwake=0.
