help with X220 tripleboot UEFI boot order

Hi, I followed Tonymacx86's instructions and got my Lenovo x220 to triple-boot OSX10.13, Windows10, and Peppermint Linux 8.

It worked great for a year, but I recently updated some packages in Peppermint and now the laptop is suddenly booting straight into Grub2, instead of to Clover. ( And I can only boot from Grub2 into Windows10 and Peppermint, not MacOS)

I can still boot clover if I push F12 at startup and manually select "clover start boot.efi at Preboot" from the temporary uefi bootmenu.

I want to make it boot to the graphical clover bootloader automatically, like it used to do, since I usually use OSX.

I'm using Clover 4.60 and Grub2.02. Windows and Peppermint are on an intel SSD And MacOSx is on an internal Samsung m2 stick.

Any help is appreciated. I'm not sure how boot order is created by this bios under uefi.
