Hackintosh possibilities for Ryzen 2700x + RTX2080Ti

Hello, first post here.

Have never tried running Hackintosh but use MacBook Pro for work so would love to use my gaming rig for work as well. Experienced with a lot on tinkering from Linux days, so I am not afraid to try things, just want to know how much trouble will I supposedly run into & decide if its worth the trouble or not.

Should I even bother attempting to run Hackintosh on this build I am putting together:

I should add that I am not looking for everything to work. I mainly do programming work so I just need solid OS stability i.e. no crashes. Ethernet for internet & basic video output (2080Ti is the only video output source for me).

Hardware acceleration + Airdrop would be nice, if possible.
