Gigabyte Z370N Wifi not turning on: Broadcom problem?

Hey folks. I just put together a Hackintosh build, here is the part list: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/deusnovus/saved/dxLq4D

So after putting everything together, the moment I plug in the power supply, a green light flickers on the motherboard, but that's it, it doesn't turn on. I went to a PC repair store, and after a quick diagnosis, he told me it's the motherboard. I told him that the only modification I did to the motherboard was to install a Broadcom wifi card, in order to make it run with macOS and the like. In all the research I've done, I've never seen anyone have such a problem with this motherboard and the Broadcom wifi card, if that's the problem.

Another thing is the wattage for this build is 159W, but the Streacom power brick is 150W. However, I tried a bigger power supply and it still didn't turn on.

Has anyone had a similar problem? Any suggestions? Thank you.
