Does this miniPC is compatible with Mojave?

I've found a really cheap miniPC and I just want to know if i can install Mojave on there.

Specs: MiniPC: Giada i53v i3 4100U (Haswell) Intel HD 4400 8gb ddr3 120 gb SSD Ethernet: Realtek rtl 8111 Sound card: Realtek alc 662
