Clover can't boot Windows 10 UEFI

Mobo: ASUS Strix Rog B450f Gaming

CPU: Ryzen 7 1700X

GPU: GTX 1070

Note: Both OSes are on the same SSD

I know that it's recommended to install each OS on a separate drive, but I only have one SSD. I've looked at quite a few guides for the past few days, and it seems like Clover can and shouldn't have any problems booting Windows 10 if it's in UEFI. My problem is that when I try to get Clover to boot Win10, it just goes to a black screen with a flashing underscore. I've tried leaving the EFI sector untouched after my Windows installation, and Clover from an external still can't boot Windows. I even installed every NTFS driver just to be safe, so am I missing something?

Just tried Windows 10 on the SSD by itself without High Sierra, and still no dice. The consensus on the Internet is that Clover should just be able to boot Win10 by default as long as it's in UEFI, but that doesn't seem to be the case for me.
