Hey guys,
I have built a hackintosh before and my PC still runs the same. This time I got a new laptop and wanted to make it into a full blown hacbook pro! I am using Dell Inspiron 13 5370 (i5 8250U/8GB DDR4/256GB SSD), I swapped the inbuilt QCA9377 WiFi card with a DW1560 and that is when the problems start. I get very high pings even to my router (around 2000ms~). While same card when connected to PC via a NGFF PCIE x16 adapter gives a constant 2ms ping. Initially I thought it was the antenna on my laptop which might be giving problem but since I fitted the old QCA9377 back to the laptop everything is working fine. Sad part is that my laptop has no Ethernet so I am unable to try a lot of things. Does anyone have any pointers ? I have tried all OS on my laptop mac/windows/Linux and all the available driver options mentioned on windows to isolate the problem but no help so far.
